I can't recommend Santa's Chimney Services highly enough! I moved into a new house knowing that I needed to do some repairs on the chimney and get a WETT inspection for insurance purposes. Robert answered my call on a holiday monday and knowing that the work needed to be completed quickly, prioritized my repairs and inspection. He was professional, honest and dependable - showing up at my house multiple times exactly when he said he would. His pricing was fair (maybe too fair as he honoured his original price even when the scope expanded slightly) and went out of his way to source materials for the job. I have had a fantastic experience with Robert at Santa's Chimney Services. He was responsive, quick to get out to assess my problem, and highly transparent with both his call out fee and his assessment of my chimneys. As with any older home with prior chimney work done, it is expected that there would be some findings and Robert was able to articulate the options available to me, allowing me to decide how to proceed based on (1) how I foresee using my fireplace and (2) cost. Robert additionally has gone above and beyond with observations about other non-chimney related matters (my gas bill is going to come down after this). I recognize that there are always things to learn about how to better care for my home, so I appreciated his feedback.
